Refunds and Returns
Once the product is returned to us and our service team confirms the issue with the product, your request will be processed. Please ensure all product packaging and contents are intact and the product is in new condition. If a refund is deemed appropriate, the credited amount will be processed to the original credit card or payment method provided by the customer.
The customer will be refunded the full amount from the original order but are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Must be within 30 days of purchasing items.
Sale items will not be refunded.
Warranty
We are confident you'll love our products. If after 30 days severe damage is seen which do not align with usual wear and tear we will offer you a replacement pair.
We have the right to determine if a refund or replacement is necessary based on the extent of damage observed. Please note that refunds for grips due to general wear and tear from use are not eligible.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email.

Stolen/Lost Packages
We are not liable for any stolen/damaged packages after delivery and when shipping for returns/refunds. If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered, it's likely there is nothing we can do except file a claim with the courier company.
