Soooo comfy, the wrist band is the perfect width and just all round great grips!!!
This product has changed my life. I consider myself as a beginner with no upper body strength. But the grip on these have allowed me to begin working on my kipping, pull ups and toes to bar. Measure from the wrist crease to the base of your middle finger. (Refer to last photo to see size guide and how to measure)
- XS - 9cm
- S - 10cm
- M - 11cm
- L - 12cm
- XL - 13cm
If you fall in between sizes we suggest going with the size up but we don't advise going anything bigger to avoid grip lock on the bar.
